Terms of Service
By accessing or using this platform ("Service"), you agree to the Terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
The Service provides tools for users to create, manage, and participate in events and related transactions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, integrations, or availability.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities carried out under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
Payments
Payments made through the Service are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”). By sending or receiving payments through the Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and policies that apply to payment processing and, where applicable, connected accounts.
You authorize the Service to share necessary information about you and your transactions with Stripe and other payment partners as required to facilitate payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and related operational purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate information and completing any required verification steps.
The Service acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates transactions between users. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the applicable event organizer (the “Organizer”) is the Merchant of Record for all event-related transactions.
The Service does not take possession of funds, does not act as a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter, and does not control the processing, authorization, or settlement of payments.
The total amount due is presented prior to checkout. Certain payment methods may include processing-related costs reflected in the final amount displayed. Such costs may vary depending on the selected payment method.
If installment or financing options are offered (for example, “buy now, pay later”), those arrangements are provided by third-party providers and are subject to their separate terms, approval, and repayment requirements. The Service is not responsible for financing decisions, repayment terms, interest, late fees, or related disputes.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled by the Organizer as Merchant of Record, subject to the Organizer’s stated policies, Stripe’s processes, and applicable law.
Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for their events and transactions, including setting prices, communicating policies, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations (including tax obligations, consumer protection, and any required permits).
Organizers are responsible for delivering the advertised event and for handling attendee support, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks.
The Service is not a party to transactions between attendees and Organizers and disclaims liability arising from such transactions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content or information you submit.
You grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive right to use that content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the platform, including providing customer support and enforcing these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that payment processing, third-party services, or integrations will be uninterrupted or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Service is not liable for payment processing failures or delays, disputes or chargebacks, reversals, Organizer actions or omissions, or third-party financing approval/denial or terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, misused payment systems, or created risk for the Service, users, or third parties.
Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to your account and related data, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational needs (including dispute handling and compliance).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
