If you create events or receive payouts, our payment partners may require additional information for identity verification and compliance (for example, legal name, date of birth, address, tax information, and government-issued identification). This information may be collected directly by our payment partners or provided to us and forwarded to them.

Payment details are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment credentials such as complete card numbers or full bank account details, though we may store limited payment-related metadata (for example, payment status, amount, last four digits, card brand, billing country, and processor identifiers) to operate the Service and support users.

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, create and manage events, facilitate payments and payouts, communicate with you, provide customer support, and enforce our Terms.
