Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the platform ("Service").
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, creating or joining events, contacting support, or initiating payments. This may include your name, email, profile details, event information, messages you send through the Service, and transaction-related data.
If you create events or receive payouts, our payment partners may require additional information for identity verification and compliance (for example, legal name, date of birth, address, tax information, and government-issued identification). This information may be collected directly by our payment partners or provided to us and forwarded to them.
Payment details are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment credentials such as complete card numbers or full bank account details, though we may store limited payment-related metadata (for example, payment status, amount, last four digits, card brand, billing country, and processor identifiers) to operate the Service and support users.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve the Service, create and manage events, facilitate payments and payouts, communicate with you, provide customer support, and enforce our Terms.
We also use information to maintain platform security, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and monitor and manage disputes, chargebacks, and reversals.
Payments, Payouts, and Verification
Payments and payouts are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe and, where available, financing providers). These providers may independently collect and process information for payment processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and compliance.
If you use an installment or financing option (for example, buy now pay later), approval decisions and repayment terms are handled by the financing provider, not the Service.
We may share information with these providers as needed to facilitate transactions, complete verification requirements, detect fraud, and provide support.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We share information with service providers as needed to operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, authentication, customer support tools, and payment processors), to comply with law, to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
If you participate in an event, certain information may be shared between attendees and event organizers as necessary to administer the event (for example, attendee lists, ticket/payment status, and communications).
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any actions taken through your account.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.
Transaction and payment-related records may be retained for longer periods where required for financial recordkeeping, tax, anti-fraud measures, chargeback handling, and compliance obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to required retention and legitimate operational needs.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To submit a request, contact us at anjelonavalgo@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
